PfMaster® - Inline fuel monitoring

The PfMaster® monitoring system designed for use on PT piping. The system analyzes and determines the PT flow in the pipe system and carries out the relative mass flow analysis, and the absolute particle flow speed to the burners.

In combination with the total mass flow by gravity feed system (weight dazatora) PfMaster® system can provide absolute mass flow signal from the sensors on each tube bundle from the mills.

Poor distribution results in a low fuel combustion efficiency. If the fuel-air mixture is too rich, the result is a large carbon underburning. If the mixture is too lean, the result - a higher level of NOx. PT analysis of the distribution to each burner will help the operator to improve the stoichiometric conditions and, in turn, increase the efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Measurement of PT flow often depends on manual sampling, which is time consuming and very expensive. Manual sampling provides a measurement time interval in a session in which there may be a number of different flow conditions.

The speaker PT flow also depends upon factors such as particle size, the formation of "cords" PT and the physical plant configuration, a particular scheme (trace) pyleprovodov separate from the mills to the burners.

The PT monitoring system PfMaster® can be used for coal and biomass allowing detailed online monitoring of periodic rate and distribution of DC, making it possible to regulate air flow or FET, and to achieve ideal stoichiometric conditions to improve efficiency and reduce emissions.

  • Analysis of the distribution and flow of the PT in real time provides the possibility of improving stoichiometric conditions
  • PT distribution optimization reduces underburning and greenhouse gas emissions
  • Analysis of PT particle velocity in real time allows the adjustment and optimization of the primary transport air
  • Optimization of the primary transport air velocity for that particular separation improves both the load and the particle distribution
  • Feedback and velocity distribution in real time allows the operator to control the secondary air to further balance the combustion burners
  • Non-intrusive passive mass flow monitoring system
  • Low maintenance costs, high quality, reliability and long service life
  • Calibration manufacturer, interchangeable sensors and sensor electronics
  • Completely eliminates the need for manual sampling
  • Provides the ability to adjust the speed and fine-balancing flows PT manual or automated VARB® systems, Control-Gate® and CoalFlo® from Greenbank
  • Suitable for pyleprovodov pulverized coal, biomass and other transport systems in the lean mass of fine (loose) phase.
